Personnel Specialist

Prepare employee files for newly hired to review and ensure compliance with company regulations.  Review contracts to ensure compliance.  Issue social insurance form-1- and attach three copies of contract and other supported documents to get employee signatures.  Enter employee data on control sheet to ensure continuous update.  Send forms & documents required signature to top management to get required signature.  Receive signed documents and review to ensure all signatures done.  Deliver copy of validated contract to the employee and another to social insurance office and put the third in the employee file for compliance.  Deliver employee file to labor office within one month for compliance.  Receive social insurance form-1- from social insurance office and make sure it is stamped with import stamp.  Review consolidated sheet of social insurance form-2- for consolidated data twice a year to be submitted to social insurance office for compliance with governmental regulations.  Issue forms-6- for resigned employees to signed from their side, and then submit to social insurance office to close insurance account for the resigned employee.  Inform payroll with resignation status and deliver resigned employee file to them in order to generate final settlement or him.
