Archirodon is looking for highly active candidate to be hired as a Human Resources
Officer.
The position will be full time allocated on a project site in Damietta City and will work under the coordination of the Regional Human Resources Department.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work on the implementation of Archirodon’s Integrated Management System (IMS) on the project site. Duties and responsibilities include maintenance of various forms, documents and activities to comply with the policy and procedures of the IMS.
The successful candidate is expected to carry out various activities which includes:
- Processes the transfers of employees, i.e. demobilization and mobilization from site to site/office.
- Ensures required paperwork, record-keeping and documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinates exit interviews; files relevant report to employee file.
- Prepares HR Department management reporting as required and at monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Ensures the day to day accurate Maintenance of the Hard Copy Personnel files and AHRIS online system.
- Establishes and maintains the required information in eachindividual new hard copy personal file and ensures it is updated as and when required as per the company policies & procedures.
- Liaises with personnel officers on site and regional office during mobilization and transfers of employees to ensure that hard copy of personal files are received at the correct site and information in AHRIS system
are up to date.
- Ensures all employee end of service documentation is prepared and finalized as per the company Polices & Procedures
- Ensures that any additions/modifications to any policies & procedures as advised by Regional Human Resources Manager are reflected in the hard copy files/AHRIS.
