Position: Human Resource Manager
1.Link between Top Management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping
resolve work-related problems
2.Prepare Organizational policies and
Administrative Guide Lines
3.Advise managers and staff on organizational policy matters, and recommend needed actions for practical implementation
4.Manage personnel-related hearings and investigations
5.Dealing with disputes, administering disciplinary procedures, and behaving or firing employees
6.Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate the personnel, payroll, training, and labor relations activities of the company
7.Administer compensation, benefits and compliance systems
8.Analyze and modify compensation
and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance
with the company vision
9.Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
