Tasks and duties :
• Receiving orders from agents and communicating with the factory for execution.
• Reviewing stocks and issuing invoices / amendments.
• Coordinating with agents in obtaining necessary approvals to dispatch goods.
• Monitoring supply chain of production team to get order produced and delivered.
• Follow the shipments till getting the AWB ( Air Waybill ) or B/L ( Bill Of Landing ).
