Office Administration Tasks
Organizing Office Layout, setting and manage all repairs if needed.
Managing recruitment activities
Manage attendance
Manage Payroll
Manage employee related issues, Contracts, files, Health Insurance, leaves and legal aspects of recruitment.
Manage Office Items Purchases (Furniture, Computers, Others.)
Take responsibility of communicating and Maintaining HR policies and Procedures.
Arrange and attend meetings and phone conferences with other branches.
Ensuring that expats residencies and related documents are issued and renewed on time.
Managing supervise the Office Boy cleaning schedule.
