Responsible for overall ownership of regional budget
Work with budget owners to understand monthly variance (and drivers) in financials
Ongoing management of region/team expenditures in line w/financial commitment
Productivity tracking, consolidation and reporting of regional commitments
Align with regional leader on productivity status, insights and solution on any gaps
Lead regional team to identify productivity to meet Op Plan targets
Reporting and consolidation of overall health of IO/ sub regions/ specific teams etc.
Leveraging metrics and KPIs to recommend improvements in the business
Support the adoption of SCRUM methodology within the region
Provide SCRUM framework, coaching and support for management of regional initiatives
Provide regional business planning and support as needed
