Area Sales Manager ASM

- Achieve annual sales plan for his area.
- Open new markets and contribute in maximizing the company market share in his area.
-Develop new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
- Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area through creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Assess new business opportunities in assigned area.
- Improve daily sales execution plan in all accounts.
- Analyze and modify any deviations in sales plan.
- Review sales reports.
- Follow-up on subordinates' targets, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating & retaining team members.
- Handle customers & accounts on credit
