Receive Training requests and arrange training room for the accepted requests.
Deliver awareness session in first training day concerning the company discipline and training rules and make sure that the candidate had handled the required hiring document and answering any inquiry about the training or the hiring process
Check the availability of trainers, training room, data show and make sure all preparations are done properly especially all training materials, catering needs and stationeries needed.
Liaise, negotiate and facilitate external training as required.
Assist in developing new training programs/materials and review existing ones for ongoing quality upgrading to meet the company’s needs.
Monitor the trainees discipline & if any trainer had a concern regarding applying the company rules, take necessary actions.
Follow up with the trainers evaluations
Coordinate with the HR department regarding the TNA and staff training plan.
Issue a graduation certificates and sending a final list with the graduated trainees to Sales Support Unit.
Handling Communication with other Departments
