- Recruiting new outlets that met payment facilitator project requirements and needs.
- To provide outlets support coverage and follow up, and on call support.
- Independently provide efficient and effective field services to all PF outlets & sales team in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, installations, and training, in servicing, repair, preventative maintenance, calibration and sales support.
- Documentation skills, problem solving, phone skills, presentation skills, network maintenance, data entry skills.
- Acquire contracts, upgrades, in accordance with established goals and guidelines.
- Customer complaint handling.
