Main Responsibilities :
• Receive the production plan from all sales department
• Implement a weekly plan according to the priorities required and discharged in the daily running orders for each stage and follow up on their implementation.
• Follow-up on the performance indicators for each stage
• Cooperate between all the Department Staff including coordination in terms of functions.
• Develop plans to follow up the implementation of all standards and quality systems.
• Weekly comprehensive section review.
• Manage the team and train them and find solutions for any production problems.
• Prepare all the reports of the department.
