·The staff shall be responsible for the distribution of brochures to clinics, hospitals and other marketing related places.
·The staff shall meet new clients to explain services and answer client questions.
·The staff shall deliver the Collection kits to parents once they are enrolled.
· The staff shall make presentations to the parents in clinics and Antenatal classes.
·The staff shall meet with the doctors to build relationships, update them on stem cell Industry news and hand over the related documents and collection fees.
·The staff shall arrange presentations to healthcare providers, when required.
·The staff shall provide other customer services and follow up on enquiries for clients
·The staff should be available in the field for all hours.
·The staff shall be available to travel as per the requirement of the area allocated.
The staff shall report to Head of Department.
