Job Purpose
Act as a strategic HRBP in translating (Steer) the business objectives into strategic HR initiatives and actions which fully align with Etisalat Misr people strategy and contribute to business growth, profitability and high levels of employee engagement.
Accountable for providing strategic and tactical Human Resource leadership and services in such areas as HR consultant/advisor.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Business Partnering
• Design and facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with business strategic agenda
• Be an active contributor to HR & Business strategy, understand the objectives of the other HR functions and take opportunities to share knowledge and best practice. Ensure that everything done is in line with the Corporate Strategy
• Contribute in the making of HR process definition and reengineering initiatives
• Work with People Managers across business lines to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end HR processes & provide visibility reports to the top management.
• Mediate & measure the impact of HR products and services between business and HR centre of excellence & articulates improvement proposals.
Strategic Consultation & Coaching
• Build trustful and strong long term relationships with the business lines and top management to be able to provide them with consultation and counselling to HR and people related topics and challenges.
• Coach Managers to promote positive work environment and generate ideas and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Provide guidance and advisory to Managers in goal-setting and the performance review process
• Guide business lines managers in setting SMART objectives, KPIs’ and spot check on the quality of the objectives.
Leadership Effectiveness
• Ensure the building of talent pipeline (identified successors) within the organisation in partnership of L&D and business lines Sr. Management.
• Lead and facilitate change and change management interventions, inspiring colleagues to embrace change in order to ensure they are equipped in the future.
Employee Engagement & Culture Guardian
• Contribute, participate and follow-up on delivering the employee engagement plans with business lines and HR-Employee Engagement function.
• Regular engagements with staff and management to ensure delivery of functional strategy and in order pro-actively launch/embed relevant HR related activities.
• Responsible for framework design and implementation through HR stakeholders of employee I-Journeys internal and external.
