•Operation Specialist provides technical assistance and support to customers and suppliers.
•Rresponsible for directing and coordinating day-to-day support operation
• Following daily booking and reconfirm it to avoid any issues.
• Following special requests (honeymoon - VIP) and reconfirm them.
• Keep clients up to date if any changes.
• Build customer loyalty as follow all customers till we give them our services
• Dealing with complains and refunds with suppliers
• Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness (Maintain cooperation with our suppliers to try to find best way to catch best rates).
• Suggest to the organizations to open new chancels to find new suppliers
• Manage agents to find alternative rates if in our system they are higher than our competitors.
• Familiarizing oneself completely with the product or service that is being offered by the organization.
• Providing customer support over the phone and by visiting sites.
• Providing support to the Call Center agents to resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Create daily reports about bookings (confirmed and cancelled).
• Develop methods and providing suggestions to the organization regarding improvement of Operation Department.
• Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
• Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
• Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
