- Manage and supervise the overall financial Department & Coordinate with the CFO on the following:
- Budget development and conformity
- Financial Reporting
- Treasury Management
- Best practices in accounting and financial controlling
- Conformity to financial division policies and procedures Involved in the budgeting, Business Forecasting and interpretation of financial results process
- Participate in detailed analysis of past data, current strategies future forecasts
and key business drivers to address related assumptions.
- Coordinate Business planning (medium term and long term plans).
- Proactively understand and manage market trends/fluctuationsStrategic management of profit.
- Formulating financial policy and systems.
- Engage with the CFO in the financial management matters of business units.
- Be engaged with the CFO in measuring financial risks and rewards.
- Analyze working capital requirements on an ongoing basis and effectively
monitor & manage the fund flow with related interest costs.
- Monitor and assess, group wide bank credit facilities.
- Supports the CFO in leading the Account and Finance team.
- Ensuring the operation of a well-controlled accounting/reporting system.
- Ensures preparation and adherence to financial division policies and procedures.
- Ensure the organization meets all related requirements, compliance with the international accounting and reporting standards.
- Corporate & Strategy PlanningAssists the CFO in development of financial strategyAdministers the performance evaluation process for subordinate
