We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Sales Assistant for our store Guess Accessories at City Stars. As a Senior Sales Assistant you will be responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, and for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team. Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to provide customers with current relevant information about the products and maintain quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and attempts to add on to the sale. You will also provide efficient customer service by offering gift cards and capturing customer information in the database and participate in and attends all store meetings and other related functions. You will represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand and the company. We want you to participate in all inventories and assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
About You
As a Senior Sales Assistant you should have at least 2 years of retail sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills and always delivering a positive customer experience.
