* Manage end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and growth plans.
* Maintain regular and accurate metrics to assess talent acquisition process and performance
* Ensure SLAs are adhered and processes followed for all roles
* Review SLAs and processes with business units regularly Develop relationship with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards business talent acquisition pipeline.

* Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan
* Use the right interviewing skills to match candidates profiles with business requirements
* Ensure right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate
* Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfil budgeted manpower requirements
* Interact with business units and line managers to assess hiring requirements and provide solutions to attract and source quality candidates.
* Reports status of Talent Acquisition activities to stakeholders

About You
Education:

A minimum of 2-3 years recruitment/ sourcing experience preferred

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

Extensive knowledge of country labor laws and regulations is an advantage

Position Description

The Research Director is responsible for delivering exceptional thinking and quality service on every project in order to create significant impact on the client’s business. To ensure these outcomes, the Research Director is integral to the proposal and story development and presentation process as well as excellent leader, researcher and consultant.
The Research Director leads and manages multiple complex market research projects from the proposal stage through final report delivery. Specifically, this position will develop proposals, design studies (including sample/ weighting construction, questionnaire construction, analysis and reporting plans), report findings from complex market research studies, and effectively manage clients. In addition, the Research Director will mentor more junior team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Provide input into proposed research design including exploration of alternative methodologies. Support proposal development including proposal writing and assisting with cost estimation / price development.
 Design survey research instruments that will answer the research and business objectives as defined in the proposal stage. Collaborate with the Execution project team from design and programming through to report analysis and production. Monitor and report out on study performance in terms of schedule, quality, and budgets.
 Design and prepare data analysis plans, design reports
 Synthesize and integrate large amounts of data into compelling, concise deliverables that meet the client’s needs/expectations. Effectively present to a broad client audience.
 Work with mid to senior level clients on various aspects of the research (design, timing, reporting, etc.), providing project updates, and delivering above and beyond client expectations. Anticipate clients’ needs/requirements and proactively manage situations to expectations and resolve any issues. Understand and advise on research issues including ad hoc requests as appropriate
 Recognize opportunities for new business development.
 Mentor junior research staff, teaching and enhancing their understanding of the research process and building their research acumen.
 Research Director should bring leadership, research expertise, business intelligence and analytic thinking to successfully manage multiple projects, grow and develop project team, effectively provide business insights through analyzing data, and build client relationships.
 Using flexibility and discretionary judgment, Research Director will lead and develop project team as they manage and execute research projects, as well as be the lead analyst on studies. And provide guidance to team members on various research methodologies and project management techniques.

Area Manager - Regional Operations - Alexandria, Egypt - M.H. Alshaya Co.

Central Operations is responsible, throughout all Middle East markets, for country profitability focusing on loss prevention, audit and customer service, at the same time driving consistent operational efficiency and best practice in all stores via the company standard operating procedures. Acting as a central point of store communication for the business, the team also protects the company's reputation, supports new brand openings and resolves any issues and problems on the ground.

The Role:

As Area Manager for Regional Operations, you will ensure SOP, Company Policy, Ministry Regulations and operational compliance are adhered to in all stores within your LOA (AOR). You will also act as a point of contact for staff to ensure their welfare is protected, and to resolve any issues. This role will be based in Alexandria.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Spending a minimum of 4 days per week performing store visits to ensure high operational standards are maintained

* Acting as the point of contact for the operators and staff in the province for all matters regarding compliance with KSA Ministry rules, SOPs, company policies, and cultural matters

* Working with brand operators and support functions to eliminate risk and losses to the business by creating action plans with a focus on KPI's such as Stock Loss, Audit and Service, and ensuring that the reputation of Alshaya and the brands are protected

* Checking pricing compliance on store visits to ensure KSA ministry regulations are consistently maintained

* Monitoring opening and closing timings of all stores, restaurants and cafes within your AOR to check that they are opening and closing as per mall hours and prayer times during trading hours

* Monitoring the in-store use of MPS (Manpower Planning System) tools in the effective planning of store staff schedules

* Remaining fully mobile and flexible to travel inside and out of the country as and when required to meet business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

* 3-5 years of project management experience and managing a team

* Strong communication skills and the ability to set clear direction, motivation, influence and guidance to stakeholders

* A high degree of self-motivation with a disciplined and pro-active approach

* Effective project management, organisational and prioritization skills

* A developed management style with a mature and logical approach to problem solving.
