Providing technical support service and consultation:
Install and configure workstations.
Install, configure and maintain operating systems.
Recommend and schedule repairs.
Perform system backups and recovery.
Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Provide end user support for all LAN- based applications.
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN.
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Observe peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage.
Perform Monitoring and Administration Tasks:
Provide technical advices for the technical support team.
Perform certain tasks assigned by Technical Support Manager related to configuring and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Email Server and Internal Communications.
Study, initiate, test and implement new services and server software to improve the performance of our whole LAN/WAN.
Detect, diagnose, and report operating system related problems on desktop systems
