- مراجعة جميع مستندات الصرف واعتمادها و إصدار أمر الصرف

- القيام بالجرد الدوري للخزينة بالتعاون مع صراف الخزينة

- إمساك و حفظ و صيانة جميع المستندات والدفاتر المالية و متابعة صلاحية و سريان هذه الوثائق

- حفظ نسخ كاملة من جميع المستندات المالية سواء كانت لصالح المؤسسة أو كإلتزام على المؤسسة

- رفع التقارير الأسبوعية و النصف شهرية و الشهرية و النصف سنوية و السنوية للمدير العام و مناقشة هذه التقارير فى إجتماعات الإدارة العليا الدورية

- جرد ومطابقة المخازن، والإشراف على أعمال المخازن من خلال أمناء المخازن

- ضبط النظام المحاسبي بين المعارض والمخازن والإدارة

- ضبط عملية تكويد المنتجات ومراجعتها الدورية

- تطوير البرنامج المحاسبي الالكتروني للشركة بالتعاون مع الشركة مصنعة البرنامج

- متابعة ومراقبة المخزون من البضائع في المخازن والمعارض

Warehouse Operative - Logistics - Egypt - M.H. Alshaya Co.

The Corporate Logistics Team plan, move and control the flow of goods from point of origin to point of consumption across all divisions, markets and brands within Alshaya. Working closely with brand teams to ensure appropriate stock and delivery to store, the team manages a range of complex and diverse activities including shipping, freight, warehouse operations, customs clearance (in-bound and out-bound), compliance and project management.

The Role:

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for receiving, binning, picking and dispatching of merchandise in the warehouse ensuring work areas are clean and tidy and observes security and safety regulations.

* Prior work experience in a warehouse (an advantage)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.

Handle the acquisition, distribution, and store of equipment and supplies.

Dispose of unclaimed property.

Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.

Negotiate terms and conditions.

Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

Track authorizations and correspondence.

Maintain detailed and organized files.
