Responsible for establishing and developing a complete and obvious plan for each quarter of the first year also manage an annual business plan for the upcoming 5 years, which will establish sustainable growth in all global markets to achieve required export volume with maximum profit.
Coordinate with the management especially the production manager to develop the existing products and to identify new products to cover most of the global market.
Identify the quality of products, the type of packaging and revising the information printed on the package in order to suit each country.
Supervise efficient assistant who will coordinate the international shipment of goods and prepare documents in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export process. Also he should keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
Planning for participating in all trade shows.
Monitor all export transactions, review all customers' response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues
