Office Manager

• Coordinating office management activities.
• Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Reflecting a good image of the company
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Handling daily correspondences (faxes, reports and e-.mails)...
• Internet research for new prospects, courses outlines, facilities.etc
• Check employees’ attendance registers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accomplishing of supportive outdoor tasks ( visiting clients,payment issues )
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Organizing meetings & arranging appointments
• keeping personnel records
• Provide general support to visitors
