- Provide professional consultancy service to subscriber agencies in regards to efficiency and determination of training requirements for Egypt
- Assists in analysis in regards to training activities/needs and accompany the successful conversion process of new customers to the Sabre GDS
- Conducts phase-ins, revisits, individual product trainings, customized workshops through onsite customer visits according to customer segmentation and call plan in order to increase productivity and optimise workflow through effective usage of the Sabre GDS as well as the common Sabre product portfolio and functionalities by the customer
- Conducts formal class room trainings and customized workshops
- Coordination of workshops and customized training courses in close cooperation with Account Managers
- Conducts presentations and promotional events (tradeshows, roadshows, customer events etc.)
- Responsible for writing, translating and customising training and/or workshop documentation according to regional requirements
- Maintains and updates training material
- Sets up training courses schedule
- Creates training reports, statistics and customer profile on weekly/monthly/quarterly training consultant activity
- Special duties also on a project basis as they are assigned.
